Anything is possible.  As an athlete, training for the Ironman 70.3, was one of the most exciting times in my life.  My sense of accomplishment in having a dream, setting a goal and reaching it has been rewarding beyond my wildest dreams!

For some athletes, the bragging rights of being able to state that you have competed in and completed an Ironman may drive you.  For others, perhaps you have been prompted by a health scare or the call to honor a loved one.  Whatever your impetus, discovering your strength, overcoming physical limits and achieving personal success will impact your life in the most positive of ways!

Having competed in and completed numerous Triathlon, Duathlon and Marathons, I knew I wanted to accomplish more.  As a trainer and accomplished athlete, I believed I had it in me to compete and complete an Ironman.  This Fall, I did just that in Atlantic City, completing the 70.3-mile Ironman!

Accountability to oneself is a key component in any individual achieving success.  Staying focused on my training (running, biking and swimming), while strengthening my core had to be prioritized.  Life goes on, and I had to carve out time to accomplish my goals.

As a personal trainer and fellow competitor, I have the skillset, understanding and passion to train you, on your journey. My goal is to assist others on their athletic journey.

Together, we will evaluate your strengths, weaknesses and aspirations. I will provide you the companionship, competitive edge and accountability needed to succeed. Let me help you on your journey toward better health, greater strength and improved endurance.  Success is just a decision away and I want you to succeed.

Let’s make your dreams come true.  Start training today and join me in creating a stronger tomorrow!
