Coach Greg is a Certified Personal Trainer and Motivational Fitness Coach who specializes in creating online & in-person exercise programs for individuals. Based in New York City, Coach Greg have been inspiring clients for over 10 years.

Coach Greg, a lifelong athlete and motivational leader, believes that fitness is a way of life. As a current triathlete, competing in numerous triathlons throughout the last decade, Coach Greg sees measuring the results of your hard work as key to continuous growth and improvement.

Coach Greg trains clients at a gym located in midtown east or at their home fitness center based in Manhattan. He enjoys working with clients who are motivated to achieve a new level of fitness, providing a highly personalized fitness plan specifically developed to meet their individual needs.

We provide Personal Training, Sports Training, and Fitness Lifestyle Coaching throughout Manhattan. Sessions can be arranged at our location in midtown east, your home, office, or other outside facility suitable for you to be at your very best.

STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING

Tailored programs to meet your unique needs, combining the right amount of core and corrective work, resistance training and conditioning for each individual.

TRIATHLON
TRAINING

Whether you’re a triathlon virgin or looking to improve on your personal best times and/or distances, a individualized triathlon coaching plan can be invaluable to achieving the results you desire from your training efforts.

HIKING
SESSIONS

Hiking combines endurance and strength training coupled with an opportunity to decompress while accomplishing a goal! Depending on your ability and desire, we offer hiking and nature trail walks for clients of all fitness levels.

OUTDOOR
SESSIONS

Walk Jog or Run with the coach! Coach Greg can incorporate specific processes, stretching and other exercises to maximize the benefits to you. Learn how to get the most out of your training while enjoying the natural beauty of the great outdoors.

Onsite personal training is available on a limited basis!

Coach Greg has been an Athlete his entire life, played team sports in High School and College gravitating to more individual disciplines including Swimming, Biking, Running, Resistance Training and more!

"Be Great" is his charge as he challenges those around him to make the commitment to theirselves and live a healthy lifestyle. He always greets his clients and partners with a smile and a radiating optimism.

TRAINER

Certified Personal Trainer since 2010, Coach Greg takes pride in the repeat and referral business he generates. He enjoys seeing progress by providing individual focus and programs to his diverse group of clients.

TRIATHLETE

Competing in numerous triathlons over the last decade, Coach Greg enjoys the positive energy throughout the triathlon community and offers Triathlon Coaching opportunities for aspiring Triathletes.
